Lamb of God - by Rob Gardner

Listening to the Cricket and Seagull Fireside podcast just before Easter (while preparing a talk for Easter Sunday Sacrament meeting) I listened to an interview with Rob Gardner about his new musical project called Lamb of God.
The music samples were hauntingly beautiful and the interview piqued my curiousity. I ended up purchasing the album from iTunes.

Lamb of God: a sacred work for choir, orchestra and soloists (a link to the website). It covers the final week of Christ's earthly ministry.

You can listen or download the interview with Steven Kapp Perry of the Cricket and Seagull Fireside Chat here.

You can listen to samples of the music at iTunes here.

Joseph Smith Papers, a look into

This Liahona article by Elder Marlin K. Jensen details the project on bringing the papers of the early church to more people. It is an aid to scholarship and to give members a look into the records of the early church. The plan is ambitious, but the good news for us is that all the information is being provided online.

As described in the article above these papers are being published in bound books, but they are also available online at the Joseph Smith Papers.

You can see the images of the pages that were written with revelations, journal entries, administrative records as well as descriptions and explanations of the details behind them.

Here is a link to browse the papers yourself.

Here is the Nauvoo Relief Society Minute Book detailing their meetings from 17 March 1842 to 16 March 1844.

The Word of Wisdom as recorded 27 February 1833 by Frederick G. Williams in Revelation Book 2.
